The execution time and effectiveness of a new mental program is directly affected by the following variables:
1) Confidence - Confidence in this technology is essential. It is recommended to do a few tests of the Neuro-Programmer before
programming something essential.
2) Relaxation - The more you relax, the closer your mind will be to the state in which you new mental program was "coded" in the session), making the memory of the new behavior easier to access.
